FAQ's

How do I clean the mucus reservoir?

1.Make sure that the bottom cover I is tightly closed.

2. Remove the silicone cap.

3. Hold the mucus reservoir between your thumb and forefinger.

4. Gently pull the mucus reservoir downwards to separate the reservoir from the suction tube.

5. Remove the silicone rings from the suction tube for cleaning.

6. Thoroughly brush and rinse the inside and outside of all parts. Make sure no residue remains.

7. Bring clean water to the boil in a saucepan. Place the silicone mouthpiece, rings and mucus reservoir in the water and stir for 3 to 5 minutes.

Can silicone tips be sterilised?

Silicone tips and rings can be sterilised in steam cleaners or with a UV steriliser (such as bblüv Üvi).

How do I position the nasal aspirator correctly?

1. Choose the right silicone nozzle to use depending on the size and shape of your baby's nostrils and the level of congestion. Make sure it is firmly attached to the mucus reservoir.

2. Hold your baby upright and gently insert the silicone tip into your baby's nose. To avoid injury, avoid inserting the tip too deeply, pressing against the nostril wall or blocking the nostril completely. The ideal position is towards the outside of the nostril at a 90 degree angle.

3. Press and hold the power button to start the gentle, steady suction process. This should take a few seconds. Release the power button and remove from the nostril when finished.

It is really good. Most important my baby doesn't hate and sometimes I can ask to do it by herself and she does.
