Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code and applicable European regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
You may exercise this right directly online via our return portal, or by contacting us at contact@bbluv.eu. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you automatically by email.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
If a returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and proper functioning, BBLÜV Europe reserves the right to deduct the depreciation from the refund amount.
Non-returnable items
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, unsealed hygiene products cannot be returned or refunded after delivery, for health and hygiene protection reasons.
This includes in particular:
- Nasal aspirators
- Toothbrushes
- Thermometers
- Pacifiers and teats
- Any product that comes into contact with the baby's mouth, nose or mucous membranes
This exclusion applies only if the product has been unsealed or opened after delivery. A product returned in its original unopened packaging remains eligible for the right of withdrawal.

Damages and defective items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@bbluv.eu if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by BBLÜV Europe.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as BBLÜV Europe cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your withdrawal request has been received and validated, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product or the provision of proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
The refund includes the product price as well as the original delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered). It will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your order following the procedure above and place a separate new order.
