Great product, easy to use

This thermometer was super easy to use with our baby and while each click rendered a slightly different degree, it definitely consistently identified whether there was a fever or not (and if it was severe or minor). We’d check our temp versus the baby’s and it identified her having a fever and us not having one, each time.

The box was open in the package when it arrived and there were no batteries (which were advertised as being included). But, once I provided batteries, it does seem to work OK and the sturdy storage case is a plus.

Seems a great product with a storage case, but the leaflet that lists whats included mentioned the batteries needed, great as we had none as home.. but nope they did not pack the batteries..
